Sewage Treatment Plants

A sewage treatment plant is a packaged
system that uses natural biological aerobic
action to treat sewage and produce
discharge that is of a level of cleanliness
that it can, with Environment Agency
approval, be discharged into an open
watercourse.

Sewage treatment plants are produced by a number of different
manufacturers and while ultimately performing the same function,
the manner of their operation and their ongoing running once
installed vary considerably. Ultimately a modern sewage treatment
plant will produce a final effluent quality far in excess of that
produced by a septic tank.

Some plants require regular emptying and maintenance while
others run on systems that result in the need for emptying
every 2 – 3 years.

the systems, please contact us for more
